Catalog your items with a range of over one hundred
database fields built on top of a powerful database,
capable of scaling from home collections to busy
lending libraries.
For collectors who wish to go beyond recording
basic details, an unlimited number of picture, documents
can be associated with each item, Also, detailed
analysis of an item’s content can be recorded, including
plot and characters for books and movies, and track
details for music.

Customize the
software to
suit your own needs
The software is highly customizable, so you can
tailor the system to fit your own requirements.
For example, a custom name can be set for each database
field. The layout of item’s details screen can be
edited with a built-in screen designer using simple
“drag and drop”.
On the list of items shown on the main screen of
the application, you can add or remove columns,
sort and group by columns too.

Run in depth
searches with
a flexible tool
When searching for items, any combination of possible
database fields can be searched across. Results
can be yielded for a particular item as an exact
match, or as a partial matches, so the list of close
matches can be stepped through one at a time.
If you have a barcode scanner, the software will
automatically convert barcode printed on items to
find records instantly. |

Build custom
views of your
collection data
For management or research, you can create custom
views of your data to work with only a subset of
items in your library by defining an unlimited list
of criteria, based on the contents of any database
field.
The items in these views can printed, exported,
deleted, or altered together. Once a filter has
been created, it can saved and used again.

from online catalogs with
millions of records
Just enter an item's title or scan its barcode with
a scanner, and the details can be imported data
directly from internet catalogs comprising millions
of records. Additional sources can be added simply
from many online academic resources from across
the world.
For music collector's, insert your CDs into your
computer and the software can automatically look
up the details, including full track listings.

Simplify collection
wide management with
powerful tools
The software supports tracking multiple copies
of items and allowing sub-items to be related to
others items, such as book anthologies or disc sets.
New items can be created efficiently by copying
other items or picking from pre-existing templates.
Sets of items can deleted in a single batch, or
using the replace wizard the value of particular
database fields can be updated with new values.
Import and export tools can work with delimited
text files for use with third party applications.

Use many ready
to use print reports
or create your own
The software is supplied with a default set of
reports to print lists and item details, together
with a set of miscellaneous reports summarising
useful information about your collection.
These reports can be customized using the visual
report designer too. Using this designer, rich new
reports can be created from scratch to suit your
own needs exactly. Reports can also be saved as
documents, such as PDF files or web pages.
The label design wizard can be used to design and
print barcode labels and catalog cards for your
inkjet or laser stationery.

Fine grained
control over
loans and fines
Flexible loan management allows for exact circulation
requirements to be setup, including self service
style access for users. This includes features such
as automatic calculation of loan durations around
holidays, maximum return time of day, reservations
and renewals.
If required, overdue charges can be calculated and
applied to patron's accounts. Accounts can be configured
to be automatically suspended when exceeding a customizable
threshold
